Why cannot I get desirable PWM output?

Hi there,

I'am using STEVAL-SPIN3201 evaluation board. I've reset PA11 for overcurrent output signal visible only to MCU and set PF6 and PF7 for overcurrent protection limit. Also, I've configured TIM1 channel 1 PA8 pin to center aligned pwm mode. When i look at to PWM signal, it is always high 12V and there is no PWM signal. What can be the problem?
