Please suggest recommended values for EMMC for the following parameters:

  1. Max Read/ Write speed supported
  2. What is maximum memory density it can support?
  3. What is the bus width it can support?
  4. Any recommended NAND based EMMC part number of memory density 16GB and 3.3V supply voltage, which performs efficiently with STM32H757XIH6?

Hello @JananiRamesh and welcome to the community;

The maximum frequencies depend on e•MMC bus speed modes (SDR, DDR, HS200) and signal voltage as mentioned in reference manual and datasheet

In case of eMMC, there is no constraint on the memory size.

For an e•MMC, 1-bit (SDMMC_D0), 4-bit (SDMMC_D[3:0]) or 8-bit (SDMMC_D[7:0]) data bus widths can be used.

It is recommended to select an eMMC that complies with the Embedded MultiMediaCard System Specification Version 4.51.
