Facing Flash memory Issue

Hi @st_it Team,

We had observed some unknown behaviour with respect to flash.

MCU => STM32U073CC.

Tools => STM32Cube Programmer

We need to write this mentioned value @last page of flash @address = 0x0803F800.

After doing multiple connect/disconnect, The mentioned value got disappeared abruptly.

Please refer the below after disappeared.

Note - the probability of this issue occurance is much higher.

Please help us to diagnose this issue.

i tried on a F303 , U0xx dont have here. (+ V 2.19.0 , stlink FW V2J46S7 )

But with 32b access....no problem (nothing "disappeared" ) after many conn/disconn.

 

So just try : with standard 32b access and mode : hot plug , software reset ;

I tried on the Nucleo-U083RC,

MCU => STM32U083RC.

Tools => STM32Cube Programmer

 

 

it is OK after reset, the programed value is there, not disappeared.

What do you mean by probability? Does this issue reproduce easily?
