STM32F030 datasheet: Misleading VDDA vs VDD sequencing description?

As noted, I suspect that the 2nd condition is incorrectly stated; I guess it should say, "VDD must not come after VDDA" or similar ?

@mƎALLEm  Can the misleading datasheet wording be flagged for clarification?

A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

Do you mean the statement "must be provided first" ?

Yes.
