Hello, ı m use stm32h750vb, I'm trying to use spi half duplex_tx in slave mode, When I transmit for the first time, it sends data, but then it does not. When I checked the registers, the udr flag seems to be set. I have found out that the is no eMMC HAL written for the L4 family. Because of that, I tried STM32F412, as it uses SDIO not SDMMC peripheral (the same thing but other name?), and it has HAL written. I have found out however, that as pointed out here it doesnt work. There are no examples of eMMC usage in STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.0. From the code it also seems that it only supports

The datasheet says that STM32G0B1RBT6N has CANFD controller but product selector says it has not. Using this product selector I cannot find any Cortex-M0(+) MCU with CAN and USB Type-C features.

Hello everyone,I'm designing a new system based on the STM32F746BET6.Basically it's just reading and writing GPIOs and receiving/transmitting data through a few interfaces (ethernet and I2C). The system receives a 100 bit/sec data frame every second for time tagging (IRIG-B) and have to measure time width of every pulse received in order to decode the message (width of every pulse varies from 2 ms to 8 ms).My idea is capturing every rising and falling edge with a timer and then calculating time difference in order to obtain the pulse with. Still, I have a few questions about it.1) To do so, my system will get an interrupt everytime an edge is detected on my timer pin. Will this stop the uC from its tasks everytime an edge is detected?2) Do I really need a timer to detect edges or is there some other way to get pulses width?Thank you very much in advanced

I’m trying to write data to the [MT25QL512ABB NOR flash](https://media-www.micron.com/-/media/client/global/documents/products/data-sheet/nor-flash/serial-nor/mt25q/die-rev-b/mt25q_qlkt_l_512_abb_0.pdf?rev=0ef0faa5f7b645d7bc11c30bfd27505b) using an STM32H7 chip, but the flash keeps returning a PROGRAM error and the write does not go through. I am using the command 0x34, the 4-BYTE QUAD INPUT FAST PROGRAM command. I am then polling the flag status register after issuing the command, which returns a value of 0x91 on the flag status register. This means that the PROGRAM error bit is set, indicating the program command was not successful, and indeed this is verified by reading from the flash chip.

Hi all, I have been developing a bootloader to facilitate OTA updates on an STM32F446 device. The OTA update works such that, when the device is powered on, it runs the bootloader, which is written at address 0x08000000 in the flash memory. I keep two copies of the firmware on the board, storing the version and location of the firmware using RTC backup registers. When the bootloader starts, it checks the backup registers to determine if a new update is available (the update is downloaded by the firmware). If no updates are found, the bootloader jumps to the firmware located at either address 0x08020000 or 0x08040000 in the flash memory, depending on which storage contains the latest firmware. Hi,I am working on the electronics design and configuring the micro through CubeMX to decide which pins to connect to which pins.We need to read a quadrature encoder (ideally also with the index) and at the moment we have wired the micro/PCB as per attached IOC file. The pins that we would like to use are: uC_IO_EXP_1, uC_IO_EXP_2, uC_IO_EXP_3 and uC_IO_EXP_4 because they are the ones that go to the external PCBs (currently set to "pinned" in the IOC file). But with the current timer configuration the encoder mode does not seem to be available on those pins despite being timer pins. I tried rearranging timers and functionality, but haven't yet found a way to enable the encoder functionality. Could someone kindly help with the configuration (or suggestions about it)? The only constraint is that as long as the other PWM signals (they are named with "PWM" in them) provide a PWM output on those pins, the timer curren

Hi,I'm looking for baseband processor for my IQ receiver. I would need dual 12-bit ADC with 5.12MSPS rate. I hope to get data from two ADC to DMA syncronously.I have been looking for STM32H745 for this task. Based on the datasheet, maximum sample rate is 5.5MSPS. It seems that value is given for package UFBGA176+25. I would prefer to use LQFP144 package. Based on AN5354, I can only get 3.63MSPS (12 bit) sample rate.Is there any way to overcome this issue or do I have to use BGA version?

Hi and thanks in advance !My application uses a STM32G0B0 to control an LED driver through PWM among other things (pin (26)-PB14).The device can receive commands and I have added an option to jump to bootloader through a special command to perform firmware updates through USB. This works well, however, the pin I use to control the PWM LED driver remains high while in the bootloader, which could cause the LED board to heat up too much.I have tried to stop the timer and configure the pin low before jumping, and it works to pull the pin low right until the jump is actually made.A pull-down resistor soldered between the PWM pin and GND did not change this behaviour either.Could the bootloader be forcing this specific high ? What other options could there be to make sure it remains low while in the bootloader ?Here is the current bootloader jump code, stripped of my attempts to turn off the pin before jumping :

I tried everything to send a simple wave through the DAC pin using HAL and STM32CubeIDE to configure the project. What I've checked that works: - Clock source- Trigger source- Output pin configuration- Built-in triangle and noise wave generation. I tested identical piece of code on STM32H747 and it just worked without any issues. The DMA is configured properly, as memory to peripheral, source address increment enabled, destination address increment disabled. Circular mode. Data length: half word. Request DMA1_OUT1. When I start output with:   auto status = HAL_DAC_Start_DMA(m_dac, m_channel, (const uint32_t*)m_test, 64, DAC_ALIGN_12B_R);   I get the status HAL_OK. However, 0V on oscilloscope. Purpose: We would like to implement timer input capture in DMA mode on STM32H723 platform without interruption.Current Problem: Use Cube MX to configure relevant parameters, only use CH2 of TIM4 as the direct mode for input capture, select Reset Mode for Slave Mode, select TI2FP2 as the trigger source, and then generate the corresponding code.The frequency measurement works, but only once, if the external input frequency decreases from 1000Hz to 500Hz, it can only reset the programme to run at full speed again to measure 500Hz again, otherwise it will always be 1000Hz. not sure what the problem is? I suspect the trigger source may not be configured correctly? Or do you have to switch on both CH1 and CH2 channels, one directly and one indirectly?
