I am triggering adc every 100us in dma and getting data in adc callback. I am triggering adc with hrtim compare 3. //hrtim cmp3 event call back{//reset a pin.} //adc conversion call back{//set a pin} for some reason the reset pin is working every cycle but set pin skips its cycle.It means adc call back not working every cycle?What can cause this kind of behavior?

Hi,I am using built-in usart bootloader on stm32g0. And I am also using the same usart for communication in my user app. I enabled the bootloader via boot option bits. When I start the debug session, I can see the flow stepping over through the program flow, going over HAL_Init(), SystemClock_Config(),  MX_GPIO_Init() and MX_USART1_UART_Init(), and then the program flow comes to my first "HAL_UART_Receive(..." function. It is at this function that the program jumps to the Bootloader and the bootloader starts to respond to my uasrt commands. After I exit the bootloader, via the "Go command(I use address 0x08000000)", the program flow stops at breakpoint I have at "HAL_Init()" and then when I step over again, I see that as soon as I hit the "HAL_UART_Receive(..." function again, it goes back into bootloader. So, my thinking now is that after I exit the bootloader, I shou

Hi folks,I'm trying to use a timer to generate a PWM output on a single output channel, but vary the frequency each cycle by updating the ARR register with DMA updates.  I think I set everything up correctly, but when I call HAL_TIM_Base_Start_DMA(), I don't see any ARR updates [it remains at the value configured in CubeMX].  I also registered interrupts to trigger when the DMA is half-complete and fully-complete, and have them toggle GPIO pins.  I see no triggering of the interrupts either.  No errors reported when calling any of the HAL functions, so it looks like the updates are not being triggered for some reason.  The U5 GPDMA has a lot more to configure than the DMA on the L5 I used previously, so quite possible I've misunderstood or misconfigured something.Timer configuration:

We are working on making a personal gateway, where we are looking to send data from 10/15 sensors over cloud. We are using Telit evaluation board for 5G connectivity to cloud. We are looking for a microcontroller that can take up the the data from these sensors via BLE, accumulate it and send it to Telit board using any interface (UART/SPI etc).Can you suggest a suitable STM microcontroller capable of connecting to 10/15 BLE channels at the same time? Hello everyone,I'd like to request some help with an ECG Holter Receiver Board. This is my first time designing a MCU board.I am basing this design on this article from Analog Devices: https://www.analog.com/en/resources/analog-dialogue/articles/ecg-front-end-design-simplified.htmlAs some components are not available from LCSC to produce it on JLCPCB I chose a different MCU. My choice was to go with the STM32G431CBT6.The same applies for the Voltage Booster (LM2662MX/NOPB + LP2985IM5-4.0/NOPB) and the Voltage inverter (LM2664M6/NOPB)to step up voltage from 3.3V to 5V and generate -5V to power the operational amplifiers.For power I'm planning to use two different sources 5V from USB as well as providing an option of hooking up a 9V battery to the circuit.

Hello,my goal here to understand the TIM channel output behavior in different situations between generating one-pulse. Ultimately I need to make sure that I have a predictable output "0" level output at all times if not generating pulse.I am using STM32H743 MCU  TIM13 timer in PWM mode 2, one-pulse operation. After POR  TIM13 is initialized and CCR channel is enabled, yet the counter is not enabled yet (CR1->CEN = 0) , assume that CCR register has value greater than 0 and output polarity is positive (outputs 1 when pulse is generated). What is the expected state at the output pin supposed to be as result of this?For proper understanding of TIM, how the answer changes if the channel PWM mode changed to mode 1 instead of mode 2?Also related, after the counter is enabled and software trigger generated one pulse event, then I disable the counter (CR1->CEN = 0 again), from then on what is expected to be the state of the output pin? Hello everyone,I am currently working with an STM32H725 microcontroller, and I am encountering an issue when trying to access the Option Bytes (OB) via STM32CubeProgrammer in DFU mode. The OB option is grayed out, and I am unable to modify it.Could there be specific security features in the STM32H725 that prevent access to OB in DFU mode? Hello...I am using a Nucleo-L476RG dev board along with https://github.com/STMicroelectronics/STM32CubeL4 .  I have built the code for PWR_STOP1_RTC and am trying to measure ground current.  I have a 10 ohm resistor on the ground side of 3.2V battery.  I have removed JP6 and JP5 on the board.  I am using a USB PicoScope.  At the moment I have two issues:1.  I load the FW onto the target but I don't understand why this FW does NOT seem to run if I don't keep the usb connected to the nucleo?  Why is this?  I would like to disconnect this as it is just a source of noise and I am getting no where near the approx.   4 uA - 20 uA the datasheet specifies.2.  For some reason the ground current (when 1. above is connected) measures negative?  I can plug into a traditional scope and it is no

Hello All,  I have STM32F401RE Nucleo board, I have connected the controller as below.However when I hit one Piezo all adc channels are getting triggered.I am continously polling every channels to get the ADC values.1. Is this an hardware issue in STM Controller?2. Please find my code attached.

Hello All,  I came across the daylight saving feature in RTC peripheral of STM32F401RE. I live in a country where there is no concept of daylight saving, hence this is new to me as well. As per the RM of STM32F401RE, there is a automatic daylight saving correction in RTC peripheral.  1. How does the MCU correct the time for daylight saving ? My assumption is that it waits for specific date and there it would increment the current time.  Can anyone please provide more insights, about how is daylight saving feature working in STM32F401RE or some reference.Thank you,Regards,

Hello All,We have developed board based on STM32U585ZIT6Q Micro-controller.Clock Frequency - 16MHzReset pin is HIGH and BOOT pin is LOW, Also attached BOOT and RESET Pin timings w.r.t Power supply (3V3)We are facing below issue.1. We are not able to flash the controller on high frequency JTAG/SWD, Also randomly flash on lower frequency of JTAG/SWD. or communication break2. After flashing controller will not be Boot up even after power reset cycle.

Hi everyone,  I am trying to use LPTIM1 and I2C3 to read the values of a sensor's register every 1 second and save them into a data buffer while in Stop2 mode. What I would like to know is if it is possible to store data sampled at a given frequency in a data buffer, thus incrementing the offset value at each I2C transaction, without needing to add multiple I2C Receive boxes in the Queue. Good dayI have created a board that contains a SD card, which works great with L4, F4 and F7 microcontrollers. This board allows me to swap out a F7 uController for a H7 uController since pinout is the same.However, no matter what I do, I cannot get the SD card to mount/open or generally just work. I have tried using a nucleo dev board with a SD card breakout. I have tried different SD cards, and naturally I have tried various configurations using CubeMx. Can anyone tell me where I have gone wrong and how to get the SD card to work in 4bit wide bus? It should not take this much effort to get the SD card to work. Please see attached my .ioc file and the content of my main below.

I am trying to use the usb audio to obtain computer sound data and i have blue pill and STM32F746G-DISCO on my handFor blue pill,i add some prints in this functionstatic uint8_t USBD_AUDIO_DataOut(USBD_HandleTypeDef *pdev, uint8_t epnum);but it only print out 3 times at 48000Hz and 6 times for 22100Hz(default)i have tested on windows and ubuntu as wellwindows device manager shows it is  stm32 audio class   , ubuntu shows it is stm32F407 audiothey are both stuck when test output For STM32F746G-DISCO,i tried the usb fs and hs. set them as device onlyand the middleware setting is the same as blue pillbut it can't even be recognized by my pc anyone know how to solve? 

Some parts of the computer can not read the STM32 bootloader in the device manager after connecting to the computer via USB, and the Unknown device will be displayed, but if you change some computers, you can read it correctly, and ask what this driver is related to the computer

Hello community, I'm struggling to get the dual bank feature to work with the STM32F765 as in the X-CUBE-DBANK-F7 example shown. Following situation:I have two similar FWs, only a different LED is toggled. In the OB I set the nDBank to 0 and defined the BOOT_ADD0 to 0x08000000. Then I loaded the FW1 at start location 0x08000000 and FW2 at 0x08100000, as described in AN4826 for a MCU with 2 MB flash memory organisation. BOOT0 pin is on GND.Initially, FW1 runs without any problems. But none of the LEDs light up when BOOT_ADD0 is changed to 0x08100000 inside the CubeProgrammer.Here are some of the solutions I have tried:set nDBoot to 0changing the start locationschanging the SWP_FB bit in the FW or in the CubeProgrammerchanging BOOT_ADD0 in the FWTowards the end I switched to single bank and changed BOOT_ADD0 to 0x08100000 but nothing happened.
