I am using stm32h750vbt6 for pmsm foc. I want to know if there is a way to use hrtim in center aligned mode as it would be needed for svpwm.Right now I'm updating the duty cycle with the following settings.Set comparator value: counter value/2 - duty/2Reset comparator value: counter value/2 + duty/2And I'm updating on timer update event.Is there any suggestions or I'm doing it right? 

LDORDY bit does not exist in any registers mentioned in RM0503 rev 2 . I am using ADC1 in STM32U031R6T6 and the code migrated from STM32L010R8T6 is not working .

I am attempting to implement an STM32F0 to receive data from a GPS module, a NEO-6M in this case, and then transmit it to an external LoRa module. I am attempting to implement this by initializing a ring buffer and inserting information one character at a time via a UART global interrupt (code below).To keep the ISR short, I set a flag and disable the ISR at the end of the call to allow the main function to process the data.I then store the newly stored element in the ring buffer to a different "packet_buffer" in order to allow me to check if the NMEA sentence is correct, which I check for utilizing the minmea library from GitHub.  Here is the issue: Utilizing the current program, I'm--at best--able to get one correct transmission out to an external UART logger (which I'm using to debug the program). I have a sensor (SPI slave) that follows this process:Master sends configurationMaster sends start commandEvery millisecond (or according to configuration):The slave signals that data is ready by pulling a pin lowThe master pulls CS lowThe master sends a clock signal and reads the MISO line while the slave transfers data (in my case, 11 bytes)The master pulls CS highI've been able to configure the LPBAM to follow this basic process without too many issues. I set up a queue in the LPBAM tool in STM32CubeIDE with a single circular SPI receive data node without any trigger. The SPI device itself is set with a trigger on EXTI4, which I've connected to the data ready pin of the sensor.However where this falls apart is collecting the read data in RAM. Hello,I'm using a STM32L476 and the HAL from ST tag: v1.12.0 and it appears in some cases that when I'm configuring the PLL for the SAI2 peripheral that the RCC_CR_PLLSAI2RDY flag from the RCC->CR register is not ready.Did anyone had the same issue? Dear team,I am using a STM32G474 in my application. I've generated a PWM in the HRTIM TIMER E that is active low (necessary for the requirements of the modulation). I want to insert a dead band between this signal and its complementary (Output 2). The problem when using this functionsLL_HRTIM_DT_SetRisingValue(HRTIM1, LL_HRTIM_TIMER_F, value_to_set_hv);LL_HRTIM_DT_SetFallingValue(HRTIM1, LL_HRTIM_TIMER_A, value_to_set_hv);is that the dead band increase the duty of the signal, so no dead band is inserted, in fact, during this time, the 2 pwm are active (view image). What can i do to solve this problem? I know that one solution is to change the actual pwm output 2 to output 1 and set it to active high, but i rather prefer to avoid this. And i want to only control output 1, i do not want independent signals.Thanks,

Hello, ST community, I am having trouble installing a Batch file from the STSW-LINK009 Software ZIP file. I am on a Macbook Pro M2, running Parallels Windows 11. When I try to download the "stlink_winusb_install" batch file I get a pop-up saying that I need to use the 64-bit version of the "DPlnst.exe" on my machine. An installation Wizard should start running but I get that pop-up instead. I will provide a screenshot of what I see.  I don't understand what that means and don't know what my next step should be. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank You!

@Erwan SZYMANSKI I am trying to establish SPI communication between two STM boards: the Nucleo G431RB as the master and the STM32MP157F-DK2 as the slave. I followed the instructions provided in the Getting Started with SPI guide and configured the setup accordingly. However, despite not encountering any issues in the debugger, the communication is not working as expected. Specifically, I am unable to receive the character "A" in the rx_buffer that I sent from the tx_buffer.The hardware connections between the two boards have been made, and the Nucleo board is connected to the ST-Link. I am trying to use ADC with DMA on STM32H743XI. I set up ADC1 IN7~IN9 and use three uint16_t to store their converted values. I use DMA2 Stream 0 to transfer data. CPU ICache and DCache as well as MPU are disabled. ADC Clock Mux is set to PLL2P 50MHz. SYSCLK is set to 480MHz. Dear, I am trying to run the CAN Communication in STM32F407 discovery board, In CAN_INIT I have made controller state to Ready after that I have changed the controller state from ready to LISTENING in CAN_START function,   but when I am trying to execute Can_Write controller state is going back to RESET mode ,,,what could be the reason behind this and how to recover from this? Hello,I tried to set a capture/compare register to a value beyond that of the auto-reload register, and the timer I used (TIM8) behaved as if the value had not been written. Reading back gives the expected value though. I haven't dug more but I'm curious : is there some undocumented behavior that prevents the shadow capture/compare register from having the value of the preload register if that value is higher than the auto-reload register ?Please don't ask why I would do such a thing, that's just not the point.Thanks.

[Not a bug report, explanation below, first post kept for context]I'm writing a USB host library for the STM32H743 rev V. Bits PENA and PENCHNG of register OTG_HPRT represent Port enable and Port enable/disable change. Port enable is supposed to be a status bit - can't be set, can be reset which disables the port, or is reset when the port is disabled because of a disconnect.PENCHNG is supposed to be change detection bit about PENA, gets set to 1 whenever PENA change, optionally triggers an interrupt via a chain of interrupt-aggregating register. PENCHNG is supposed to be reset when it causes an interrupt. This reset is supposed to be accomplished by writing 1 to this bit, as per the datasheet. PENA is also described as rc_w1 (clearable by writing 1) but that's probably a mistake.Except, writing 1 to PENCHNG doesn't clear PENCHNG, it clears PENA, and disables the port. Writing 1 to PENCHNG a second time (when PENA is 0) sets PENCHNG to 0 as expected. This makes

I'm using an STM32F103C8 and I have an array of unit8_t that I want to save to a particular position in flash memory, where such position is specified at compile/link time. Eg. suppose the application resides in flash memory from position 0x08000000 to position 0x08004000, and then I want this array to not live with the rest of the application, but to start after the application ends in memory, at flash location 0x08004000. And then at runtime I want to be able to modify the array by using flash write operations to that particular flash memory location and read/access the array by using flash read operations to the same flash memory location. How can that be done?

 Hello, I'm wondering if there is an obvious way to generate a limited set of n pulses from an external trigger?At the moment i'm using TIM8 in one pulse mode with repetition but my problem is that i want the White pulse train to start with the rising edge of Red while maintaining some gap between the pulses.  I can't seem to figure it out.  Thanks 

I saw at least one person elsewhere mention this (but got no answers).On the STM32H503 (LQFP48 pin package)...This configuration:HAL_RCC_MCOConfig(RCC_MCO1, RCC_MCO1SOURCE_HSE, RCC_MCODIV_5);Produces no output on the MCO1 pinbut changing it to this:HAL_RCC_MCOConfig(RCC_MCO1, RCC_MCO1SOURCE_HSI48, RCC_MCODIV_1);generates an output (albeit, not terribly accurate, which is expected from that source). In fact, I tried every other source setting and they all work except PLL1Q.PLL1 is configured as:HSE=24Mhz crystalM= /12, N=x250, Q = /2, and MCO divider = /5  So output should be 50MHzI confirmed that the HAL is setting the register correctly (RCC_CFGR -> MCO1SEL == 0x011) via SWD.I see nothing in the Errata on this---is there a silicon bug here

Hii,I am working with stm32f100 series microcontroller, where I am having issue with NRST pin, I have connected a capacitor of 0.1uF(also tried 10uF) between NRST pin and ground. Microcontroller has an internal pullup. and it is showing 3.3V at the terminal which is correct. but after connecting the programmer, when I am trying to load my program, there is a sudden fall in voltage at NRST(checked with oscilloscope) for just a millisecond. and this is disconnecting my board with the programmer. I am using STM32CubeProgrammer. how to resolve this.I have not connected the WDG circuit to NRST.The error I am getting , I have attached below. 

Hi guys,I been working on this project for some time now on my "free time"...but so far without any success.In the first prototype I have assembled all the peripherals(QSPI, eMMC, SDRAM, some I2C and SPI slaves peripherals and DSI display.).Nothing super fancy, with the exception that everything is assembled in a size of a coin ;-DThe power supplies work good. I measured that already.THE issue: The stm32CubeProgrammer can not detect the target MCU over SWD. I have tried all possible modes. Nothing.THE Dilemma: I am now considering assembling a second prototype with just MCU, power supply, oscillator and SWD connection. In order to out-rule MCU schematic issues. Although this may take some time.My question to the community is: "Should the SWD interface with the boot configuration work as is ?"Note: I removed all the peripherals ...just basic MCU connection

Hi i m working on H732 timer1 as PWM and its working fine, but when I try to implement DMA on timer1, there is no waveform. I enclosed the DMA code below, as I declare an array of 10 PWM duty cycle values..i suspect it's the Timer1 channel1 stream that's causing the issue, can anyone advise which stream to choose? Hi, I have a program running on a STM32U083RCT that is raising a HardFault when running at full speed, but when stepping through the code using a debugger the code appears to run correctly. I have a transceiver device connected to to USART2. I have also tried a different transceiver and USART1. I'm also doing DMA ADC conversions. SP appears to remain at the same location during execution. I also two other fault conditions occurring are NMI or the debugger loses connection with:         Target is not responding, retrying...           I have tried to get the minimum program to repeat the issue the following is the code works, however if I enable DMA for ADC1 I immediately get a NMI. I don't need to use DMA for the ADC, but it would be nice to understand what I am doing wrong.

Hello, I'm working on testing the LoRa Basics Modem V4, available in SWL2001 on github, and for now I've managed to generate the executable and download the program on the board I have, but nothing has appeared yet on The Things Network. I believe the key [ USER_LORAWAN_GEN_APP_KEY ] is not configured correctly in my project and I have not found anything that references it, does anyone know what the equivalent of this key is in TTN?
