Hello, good afternoon.I'm using a stm32103c8, and I'm having a serious error when writing to the flash. I'm working on a project where I use timer4 and I'm doing a multiplexing between 8 pins where I control the LED and button, but when I write the LEDs, a flicker occurs (flag) and they blink. I used a native Mikroc library, and one that I created, but without success. Could someone help me?

Hello all,   I am working on a ECU system and using CAN protocol to communicate with peripheral. The MCU i am using is a STM32F446re. I have a problem when trying to execute "HAL_CAN_Init(&hcan1)" function. Indeed, the line "hcan->State = HAL_CAN_STATE_READY;" in this function, the State value becomes "HAL_CAN_STATE_LISTENING", "HAL_CAN_STATE_READY", although my PCB is link to the CAN bus. Does anyone know how to fix it?

When will support for the STM32U073 be added to the Arduino package? I just updated to 2.8.1, but still no support for the STM32U073. Just a Generic STM32U073KB is all I need. Of course, this means that appropriate code libraries for the U0 need to be in place, but I expect this has been done for the CUBE environment.Thank you!                  jim

I have a Arduino Portenta H7 lite and I am using Arduino IDE to program it to read data from VL53L8CX.I am able to read data over I2C. But for SPI, I am getting the following errorerror: no matching function for call to 'arduino::HardwareSPI::HardwareSPI(int, int, int)'SPIClass DEV_SPI(SPI_MOSI_PIN, SPI_MISO_PIN, SPI_CLK_PIN);Github code that I am using.https://github.com/stm32duino/VL53L8CX/tree/main/examplesThe HelloWorld_I2C example works well.The HelloWorld_SPI throws error for SPIClass. How can I resolve it?   

I am using the I2C code in STM32Cube_FW_F4_V1.26.0\Projects\STM32F411E-Discovery\Examples\I2C\I2C_TwoBoards_ComPolling as base to write my own I2C firmware.I would say the HAL library in stm32f4xx_hal_i2c.c is quite useful and covers all I2C communication cases. However, there is not much about how to recover from an I2C error.In the I2C_TwoBoards_ComPolling sample, if there is I2C error, error handler does nothing and MCU just hangs. So far in my application, I run into two I2C errors: AF and TIMEOUT.I wonder in those two cases how I can recover I2C communication without software reset I2C.For the worst case, if I want to reset, what are the proper steps? Disable I2C and do Init again?BTW, I am using F411.

Hii I am using STM32F103C8T6 controller. In this controller I am using the UART1 and UART2 transmitting and receiving data. In UART1 I adjust 9600 Baud rate, 8-data bits, None parity and 1 stop in these configuration I am transmitting and receiving data is good, But in UART2 I adjust 9600 Baud rate, 8-data bits, Even parity and 1 stop in these configuration I am transmitting and receiving garbage data.Please help me to use the UART2 in these configurations.

 Hi, I have a custom board with STM32G030K6 and I wish to use the buildin usart bootlaoder. I have checked the AN3155 and AN2606, but I still cant figure out how to enter into the bootloader. I found that for my MCU, I need Pattern 11 to activate bootloader, which means:But after searching whole datasheet of the mcu, only boot bit setting I found was PA14-BOOT0 and there is no other boot bits to set up in cubemx.I have a feeling that there is some info or application note that I am missing. Any help would be really aprpeciated.

Hello,I am using SPI with crc enabled on stm32f429ig.The problem is: if master's SCK's gpio speed is configured as medium, everything works fine. BUT if it is set to veryhigh, transmitted crc (read from TXCRCR register) always calculates a wrong value.For example, when sending 0x01 using CRC-8 with a Polynomial = 0x07, the result in the TXCRCR register is always 0x09. However, RXCRCR in the slave side(also on a stm32f429ig with same configuration) calculates the right result of 0x07. This also occurs with CRC-16.I am wondering how SCK gpio speed or potential circuit problems leads to the wrong crc calculation?

Hello,I am trying to get the FMC to work in 16-bit synchronous mode but I only get an output with 4 clocks (64-bit) instead.In other threads [1], [2] I found that I should either switch the address from 0x60000000 to 0xC0000000 or enable the MPU, but neither approach works for me.This is my config:FMC:MPU:

I would like to test an application with the can network, I found some applications on the internet using a blackpill or bluepill like in this website: https://www.micropeta.com/video115, but here I have an STM32F723IEK6 NUCLEO-G474RE and I tested these codes that I found on the internet and saw that several things didn't work. Can you point me to a code or library that works with recent versions?

Is there like a general rule or guide to find these specific RMs and ANs? Or is more like find it and save it for future use?

We need to perform some SPICE (LTSpice most likely) simulation of analog circuitry using the STM32L4 OpAmp (TQFP package not BGA).I can only find this IBIS model, which will not help me much for this analog case, and not the SPICE model, which would help a lot.Where could I find the Spise Model of the STM32L4 OpAmp when used as "standalone" will all the IO pins output on MCU external pins (both in "normal mode" and "low power mode") ? Would it be possible to get it or to get support to create it ?Thanks.

Hello,I am trying to trigger the DAC1 DMA off of the HRTIM Master channel using the hrtim_dac_trg signals on an STM32G474, but I am not getting any output on my DAC pin. The timer does seem to be running (I can see MCNTR incrementing in the debugger), and can verify I've got MCR.DACSYNC = 0x01. I also have CR.TSEL1 on DAC1 set to dac_chx_trg15 (0x0F). I have also tried enabling TIM6 w/ TRGO, and changing nothing aside from changing TSEL1 to dac_chx_trg7 I was able to see the waveform on my DAC output, which leads me to believe I am missing something in my HRTIM configuration which is causing hrtim_dac_trig to not trigger. I've attached screengrabs of the MX configuration & the HRTIM master and common register values as seen at runtime in the debugger. If there's any other relevant info I can provide let me know. Any input would be very welcome, thanks!

Hi,   I am using a STM32F105RC. I was trying to get SWO printf outputs to work, and found that they only work when I configure HSI (8MHz) to be used for SYSCLK, but not when I configure HSE (25MHz) for SYSCLK. I've confirmed that the external oscillator itself is correct.   Any ideas would be appreciated, Thanks!

I have a project using all custom code (not HAL) in which I have two 6 byte SPI DMA transactions running periodically based on timers. It's set up so I can even pause the main CPU and these transactions will continue. I've found that in certain conditions, one of the SPI transactions on SPI3 will glitch and get delayed for 1 byte, leaving a 1 byte gap. This ends up overlapping the next transaction and causing some problems. The specific conditions that seem to cause this are that a USB TX CTR interrupt has recently occurred (and completed), and that SPI2 has started a transaction just before the SPI3 transaction. My assumption with this transactions is that the DMA has plenty of time to load one byte into the SPI fifo even when loading to two different SPIs. Unless there is something with the USB preventing the DMA from operating at that time? The CTR seems like a hint that maybe USB is using the bus to load another 64 bytes to some other buffer? I don't know what could cause this.

Hello, I need to implement a serial communication between MCU such as STM32F4xx or STM32F2xx and a Time Delay DS1023 but its datasheet doesn´t mention any standard communication protocol such as SPI.Could i use three GPIOs as Serial Input, Serial Output and Latch Enable besides a MCO (Master Clock Output) pin (used as CLK) to implement it?In case it is a possible solution or, in case there is a better way, knowing that will help me to decide which items to buy and how to do it.Thanks in advance!Alejandro Pinto .
