I'm using the AWD (STM32G0B0CE) with the HAL_ADC_LevelOutOfWindowCallback(), which works fine.For not blocking the MCU completely, I'm disabeling the AWD-IT inside the Callback when fired for about 500ms:LL_ADC_DisableIT_AWD1 (ADC1);After the 500ms elapsed the AWD-IT is enabled again:LL_ADC_EnableIT_AWD1 (ADC1);This only works fine for about 2 times:Start -> Fire IT -> DisableIT-> 500ms-> EnableIT -> Fire IT -> DisableIT-> 500ms-> IT stays completely disabled, though enabled again.Any idea what I'm missing?Thanks.

I have received some STM32F405RGT6 microcontrollers that have two circular marks (holes) on the package, while the official datasheet only shows one mark indicating pin 1.Is there an official revision or packaging variant from STMicroelectronics that includes two marks?Additionally, does having two marks indicate that the part might be counterfeit or not authentic?Could you please provide official documentation or images to clarify this

Peripheral: QSPIBug: Bit 4 of FTHRES[4:0] in the Control Register is not set when written with threshold values in the range0x10 - 0x1F. Works fine for threshold values in the range 0x00 - 0x0F. So, for example, if one writes 0x16 for athreshold level of 23-bytes, the actual value is 0x06 corresponding to a threshold level of 7-bytes.Encountered on: STM32F723IE, STM32F746NG and STM32F767ZIComments: Checked the errata data sheets for the above processors and there is no mention of the bug.Request: Please can anyone confirm that this is indeed an undocumented hardware bug.

 I am facing a strange issue that looks like a possible microcontroller design/behavior problem.My setup:I need the DAC output pin to provide a stable voltage while the microcontroller is in STOP2 sleep mode with the RTC running.Power connections: Vbat, Vdda, and Vref are connected to Vdd.An additional external supervisor is used: MCP130T-270I/TT.Problem description:Initially, everything works fine — the DAC output stays at the expected voltage in STOP2 mode.However, after a BOR (Brown-Out Reset) occurs, the behavior changes: when the microcontroller enters STOP2 mode, the DAC output pin drops to 0V.After this happens:Resetting the microcontroller does not fix it.Power-cycling the device also does not fix it.

Hello, I am currently trying to measure the temperature using the internal temperature sensor of STM32F765. The Reference Manual stated to do temp = ((V_sense - V_25) / Avg_Slope) + 25,but the address of calibration data existed in the Datasheet.In this case, what formula should be used to measure temperature? In my circuit, VDDA is connected to 3.3V, VREF+ is connected to 3.0V and ADC is set to 10bit resolution.Additionally, I referred to RM0410 Reference Manual and STM32F765xx Datasheet.

Hi all,we are designing a product based on a STM32U083. The device is battery powered (not removable) and it can remain in storage for at least 2 years. To reduce battery drain we are putting the mcu in shutdown mode to then wake him up via a button connected to one of the defined wakeup pin. We already implmeneted/tested this mechanism and it works great but we were asking ourselfs if it is reliable and if it will still work correctly even if the device remain dorment for 2 years.Can you please provide some confirmation or additional information about our concernings? Thank you.Stefano

Hi, I am working on a project with the STM32H730. In order to make full use of the onboard memory I have the project set up to load some objects into DTCMRAM. This works, however the binary size is huge, like 403 MB, and subsequently is crashing cube programmer:It seems like something is going wrong here and a huge amount of unnecessary information is getting stored in the binary file. Can you recommend a way to fix this while still using DTCMRAM for data?Here is the DTCMRAM section of my linker file, and how I am allocating objects to DTCMRAM:

This is a very basic question.I built a custom board using the STM32L433.After applying power (+3.3V), I checked the NRST pin state, but it did not reach the default voltage.Could you please tell me any possible causes?For reference, I have confirmed the STM32L433's power pin is at +3.3V. Hi,I have been trying to connect PSRAM and NOR FLASH to STM32H563 nucleo board using Dual-Quad-SPI.I was able to successfully read/write to PSRAM and NOR Flash individually in single-Quad-SPI mode with base address 0x90000000. i'm not clear how the addressing is taken care, when we connect both PSRAM and NOR Flash in dual-Quad-SPI mode.

Hello,On a custom-designed PCB, I am using an STM32H745IIT6 (LQFP176) MCU. I am actively using analog channels, various I/O pins, Ethernet, QSPI, and other peripherals. The code I am using was previously running on an F7 series MCU. It has been fully ported to the H7 version and tested. However, during testing, I noticed an issue with sampling on the PA0 pin, which is configured as ADC1 INP16 in single-ended mode. A total of 19 analog channels are active, and 18 of them show no problems, but on this particular channel I can clearly observe a shift in the raw ADC values.- ADC1-2-3 are running in independent mode, 16-bit, triggered by Timer1.- Data is read via DMA.When I monitor with Serial Wire Viewer (SWV), I observe sampling behavior as shown in the image. I am using the STM32H753VI chip, it's on a proprietary PCB but the layout is very similar to the nearest NUCLEO board so I am not ready to consider that the issue.I am working on a very low power application, using CubeIDE but minimal HAL, preferring bare metal. When I execute __WFI() to put the device to deep-sleep, D1 and D2 enter standby (D2 is always standby, actually), and D3 is supposed to stop and allow LPUART1 and RTC to run in autonomous mode (LSE clock). This works exactly as expected, drawing about 250 uA from my power supply (via LDO). The device is set to wake from deep-sleep on LPUART1 RX event. When it wakes, my program can discriminate between the original Power-on Reset and the Wake from Standby. The PWR_CPUCR register is set to 0x1A3, which corresponds to SBF_D2, SBF_D1, STOPF, PDDS_D2, and PDDS_D1 all set, exactly as anticipated.The issue occurs the next time __WFI() is called. I have a project which uses both OPAMPs. For both OA I use dedicated VINM pin.OPAMP1 works correctly.OPAMP2 behaves like the dedicated pin (M2 ball) is not connected to the input multiplexer.I 've tried - mode FOLLOWER: OK - mode STANDALONE, reconnected the signal on the board and used PA7 for VINM: OK - mode STANDALONE, using the dedicated pin: the output is saturated at VDDA.Checked the PCB connection, OK. Checked on 3 boards, identical results.Is it possible it is really a bug in the silicon? We're using the ADC function built into the STM32F767.The problem is that when the analog signal input to the ADC is around 200mV, the digital value output from the ADC appears to be around 240-260. We're trying to obtain a stable value by collecting 60 of these digital values ​​and calculating a moving average.However, quite often, out of the 60 data points, 20-30 values ​​exceed 3000. Therefore, even when averaging the data, the readings are completely different from the actual analog value.When I measured the input analog signal with an oscilloscope, it was around 200mV +/- 40mV, so I don't think it's due to input signal noise.I suspect there's something wrong with the MCU's ADC settings or program. Please advise on what I suspect.

We are developing a product that needs the ability to run 3 separate CAN interfaces connected to 3 separate CAN buses.  I have the NUCLEO-F413ZH and I can successfully initialize and start CAN1, CAN2, and CAN3 and transmit from each of them in a single application, but I only get RX interrupts on CAN3 when all 3 interfaces are initialized and started.  Additionally, if I only initialize and start CAN1 or CAN3 in my application, I can transmit and receive from them, but not CAN2.Pages 1076-1077 of the part datasheet/reference manual (RM0430) lists dual and single CAN peripheral configurations:

 Hello everyone, I am using the STM32F042K6 for a small project where I don't have much space. Therefore, I rely on the small package and the "crystal-less USB" function. The hardware arrived today, but unfortunately, I had to realize that the USB library seems to be too large for the chip. Hi,  I don't understand why CubeMX is limiting me through their IOC file to select an ADC clock below 2MHz. The datasheet says 140 kHz is the minimum ADC clock frequency for the STM32G07. Anyone has any answers or help ?.
