How to add X-CUBE-SBSFU into STM32CubeMX, so that it can be added into the projects as a software component?

I have the zip file for X-CUBE-SBSFU. But I don't know how to add it to STM32CubeMX. I tried install from local on embedded software packages manager. But it did not work.
