I am trying to download X-CUBE-SBSFU but the 'Request Software' popup with drop-down for "Application:" does not have any entries in it - so I can't choose application and therefore cannot download. What gives?

I'm sorry for late answer.

I have just tried with Chrome browser an it is working fine.

Could you please try with another browser or just purge the cache on your current one?
