I am trying to implement Over The Air Update Functionality and secure boot from scratch for the STM32F303vctx Discovery board, could someone kindly provide me links to the appropriate resources, e.g application notes for the same? Thanks in advance

You can use the AN5156 to compare the F3 with other STM32 MCU. It has very limited security and connectivity features com pared to other series.

Try looking for another device.
