If I program the ST32F072 part with Level 2 security can I erase the part and reprogram? I understand the Level security remains at Level 2. I am using a Cyclone Universal programmer.

Pretty sure it is going to afford you zero external access.

Any programing would have to be facilitated by code you have running inside the part.
