Hello, Is below problem very common for this STM32F072VBH6 MCU?

Parts were not blank and have already been programmed

we are not able to program parts with our programmers

Parts bought from online distributor

Surely this is a question to ask your undisclosed online distributor.

Parts from reputable suppliers should be blank, and should also be able to be programmed.

People liquidating unused stock probably quite opportune at this time.

Unless the part is completely locked down one should be able to back out option byte settings and protections, and get back to a blank and usable part.​

Connect under reset should work on RDP1 parts too.
