Why my X-CUBE-CRYPTOLIB v4 download request is never approved ?

I have requested a X-CUBE-CRYPTOLIB V4 download last week, and no answer from ST.

I have indicated all requested information and received an acknowledge, but no link to download the library.

Could you tell me why ?
