When opening Designer, you can find those demos by clicking "Demos" on the left panel:
From there you can filter by selecting your board:
For your board (STM32H747I-DISCO), there is a lot of demos you can choose from:
Once you have created a demo, you can grab the code by clicking on the "Files" icon:
