Downloading Application Tempate failed on Touchgfx Designer 4.16.0

I referred to the following link, added the configuration values to the config file,

but still encountered issues downloading the template.

Is there any solution can provide?

Update:

My PC environment: Win10.

I have my TouchGFXDesigner.log file, and from observing section of the log, it seems that downloading the template file has failed.

Can someone provide assistance?

Hello @erick_winstar,

I'm not sure TouchGFX 4.16.0 is compatible with Win10.

Could you use a more recent version and try again ?
