I wanted to ask if theX-NUCLEO-GFX01M2 module is compatible with STM32 NUCLEO-H533RE? The official documentation does not say anything about this NUCLEO board.

The display driver is the same as the other small NUCLEO TBSs (like the NUCLEO-G071RB TBS for instance).
However, if you intend to use the external flash (the one in the display shield), then you would need to create an external loader and use it when flashing your board.
