the issue of ffmpeg

when i click the ffmpeg.exe with my computer win10 system, it can't run and flick to cancel , how to solve this issue ？

To see how to use the ffmpeg.exe, look at this guide .
It is not mentioned, but you should not double click on it, instead, you should open a TouchGFX Environment and run the commands to use it there:

Then you can look at this video to see how to use the ffmpeg.exe.
