TouchGFX Designer support

Hello,

I have issues installing TouchGFX Designer on Windows 11.

I would like to install version 4.19.1 to edit an old project built with this version. When I do, I get the following window running endlessly :

I also tried to install latest version (4.23.1) and it works.

This makes me assume that version 4.19.1 doesn't support Windows 11. Am I right ?

I tried to get some information on that topic in TouchGFX documentation but I haven't found an answer so far.

Hello @illmanta ,

Thank you for your post, we will check the matter to see what have caused the issue.
However, you can easily update your project to the latest version of TouchGFX without any problems, and then edit it from there. You just need to open your project using the new version. But as a rule of thumb, have a backup of your project first before applying any changes.

I managed to find what caused that strange behavior.

Version 4.19.1 was already installed in a hidden directory. After TouchGFX re-installation, everything works fine.
