TouchGFX Usage Issues

"I've tried reinstalling, but I'm still encountering the following errors:

• TouchGFX 4.23.2: Unable to download Demo project and Generate Code.
• TouchGFX 4.20.0: Can download Demo project but unable to Generate Code.
• TouchGFX 4.16.0: Able to Generate Code but encountering TCP/IP errors."

In the 4.16, by TCP/IP issue, you are talking of not being able to download Demos ? That's a known issue that is not related to Touch GFX directly.

In the 4.20 what's the generator error ? And in 4.23 can you check your proxy and also retry it ?

When using the 'Generate Code' feature, an error occurred showing 'Generate Code Failed' (TouchGFX 4.20.0).
When using Generate Code functionality, encountering an error related to 'SSL/TLS secure channel' (TouchGFX 4.16.0).
When attempting to download certain examples, I'm unable to download them.(TouchGFX 4.23.2)
