Why can't download the program into STM32H747 board with touchGFX designer?

I finished the program and verify well within simulator , but load into STM32H747 board, then list following error message;

Hello @miker ,

 

The error states "No debug probe connected" this means that STM32CubeProgrammer is not able to detect a STLink.

The 3 most common reason for this issue are either

1. you did not plug your board to the computer
2. you have another board connected to the computer (so in total 2 boards)
3. you have a project running on that board on debug mode on another IDE.
