Hi,

I'm working on a ESL project using STM32WB09.

In order to reach greater distances, is it possible to use the CODED PHY ?

Thank you

Hello @lucac ,

You can use the Coded PHY on the STM32WB09 to increase range and reach greater distances in your ESL project. The device supports both S=2 and S=8 coding schemes, enabling up to four times the range of standard Bluetooth® LE.

You can refer to the PM0274: Bluetooth® Low Energy stack v4.x programming guidelines, for more details about Coded PHY.

Ok, thanks.

Is there any example of use of CODED PHY in a ESL project ?

It is possible to think of combining PAwR and MESH using STM32WB09 with the aim of having no distances limits ?

Thank you.
