Stlink-V3PWR occurs embed Debug Authentication

Stlink-V3PWR no longer works because it displays the message "embeds Debug Authentication, please perform a discovery using Debug Authentication" and "Connection to target must be established before performing file download operation". I have already tested the power supply voltage and it is ok, several adjustments in the STM32CubeProgrammer, I replaced the USB cable with a new one, etc. What can I do to save the Stlink V3PWR?

What is the MCU that you are using. Have you tested all possible configuration for connection (normal, under reset...). Also, have you tried to enter bootloader mood and connect your MCU.

I'm using STM32WB55 MCU. Yes I have tested all all possible configuration for connection (normal, under reset...). I didn't have tried to enter bootloader because don't put bootloader mood. Do you tell about using USB or Serial?
