STM32WB55x LiPo Battery Voltage read in Low Power Mode

Hello,

I'm doing BLE usb doungle product.I want to use the WB55RGV6 in low power mode. The system will be able to operate on battery. I have some questions about product development. Questions on below.

    1) Can the product operate at 1.8V in low power mode?

    2) I use lipo battery. My battery voltage range will be 3.5V-4.2V. VDDA can be minimum 1.62V. In this case, I need to scale the voltage between 1.65-1.8V. I cannot use a direct voltage divider for low power mode because the resistors will draw current. How can I build a circuit structure?

    3) In what situations can I use SMPS?

  1. Yes, the STM32WB55 can operate at 1.8V in low power mode. 
  2. I'm not an expert on that, I suggest you refer to a power design expert. Or you may ask this question on the Power management forum.
  3. Could you explain more about your question. What do you mean by situation.
