STM32WBA55G-DK1 audio transmission Query

Hello, 

I have a query that can we send or stream the audio instead of Linein or Audio Jack, can we send it through CN12 or CN11 pins (UARTor SPI) from external UAC supported device in I2S format? If yes, could you please help me to configure it. I am using PBP_source example firmware of STM32WBA55G-DK1.
