Question

STM32WLE5 Shutdown consumes too much current

we are working on STM32WLE5 development.

We succeeded to enter Shutdown mode and measured supply current of less then 40nA when operated at 3.0V,
but at that time, the VDDRF and VDDPA were not connected (0 volts), meaning we could not test the LoraWan SubGHz comm.

Once we connected the VDDRF and VDDPA to 3.0V (in a permanent connection as ST instructed), the current consumption spiked to 10A during operation, not droping when I try to enter shutdown mode.

We suspect that we did not define some important parameters or did not turn off some internal circuitry.

any ideas?
