Bug in meta-st-stm32mp stm32wrapper4dbg_1.0.0.inc recipe

Found while building the openstlinux-weston DISTRO st-image-weston image.

Missing ${S}/ in front of stm32wrapper4dbg. Line 13 should be:

install -D -m 0755 ${S}/stm32wrapper4dbg -t ${D}${bindir}
