How can I add and use IPSEC in distribution package for stm32mp135f-dk board?

How can I add and use IPSEC in stm32mp135f-dk, I have installed strongswan but while I test  ipsec restart command its says "ipsec not found", is there any alternate method/tool to test IPsec?
