input capture is not working in m4 , when m4 start on Linux startup services. (Stm32mp1)

Hello,

I been working on stm32mp1 soc.

In m4, totally, i have configured 3 timers(Timer2(input capture), time13,timer16). when i start the m4 from A7 after Linux login, all timers work fine. But when I use a startup script to start the M4 during Linux bootup, input capture(TIM2) does not work but other timers are working fine.

I want m4 timers to work when m4 starts during Linux bootup.

I am looking for some suggestions to understand and solve this issue.
