OpenSTLinux build broken by openocd

Hi!

The repository git://repo.or.cz seems to be permanently offline.

Alternatives are:

1. https://sourceforge.net/p/openocd/code/
2. https://github.com/openocd-org/openocd/

Broken recipes are:

layers/meta-openembedded/meta-oe/recipes-devtools/openocd/openocd_git.bb

layers/meta-st/meta-st-stm32mp/recipes-devtools/openocd/openocd-stm32mp_0.11.0.bb

I may be able to provide a patch if wanted. But its not completed.

You are correct.

The next releases of OpenSTLinux will update the openocd recipe in the layer meta-st-stm32mp so it uses the repository https://github.com/openocd-org/openocd/
