Use QT ( qtquicontrols and qtmultimedia)

I`m having problem to run an QT application:

 # error while loading shared libraries: libQt5QuickControls2.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

.

Please, how can I add it to image ?

Are you using one QT sample image ?
