Clarification on the folder structure for CM4 project created by the STM32CubeMX

Hello,

I see two folders with the same name(STM32MP1xx_HAL_Driver) - one inside the CM4 and another one level above it.

For the development of CM4 which folder to consider for the drivers?

If it is the one inside the CM4 do I need to move the CMSIS as well inside it?

Same question for the middleware folder, which one to be considered? the one inside the CM4 or outside it? I see that enabling any Middleware component it generates the source code inside both the Middleware folder.(e.g Free RTOS)
