If you are seeking to use STM32MP13x in bare-metal (no Linux) with CubeIDE, please have a look to https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/STM32CubeMP13_Package_-_Getting_started

 

If you are seeking to use STM32MP13x with Linux, CubeIDE is not supported. Please have a look to the getting started https://wiki.st.com/stm32mpu/wiki/Getting_started/STM32MP1_boards/STM32MP135x-DK
