How to obtain the STM32CubeMX application for WIndow-10, Registration result 404 not found

Hello, I need to obtain the STM32CubeMX application for WIndow-10 in order to continue evaluation of STM32MP157A on EV1. I cannot get the registration email to link back to st.com, I get only 404-not found message.

please advise. thanks.
