M33 Trusted Firmware: .dts file not found

Hi everyone, I am new to STM32 circuits currently I am studying M33 on MP257F. I am following the tutorial on Trusted Firmware M and after following the tutorial the IDE tells me that this file is missing. I would like to ask how to find it. Do I need to create a file myself??
