Replacing Ethernet IC From RTL8211F-CG to YT9218MB

I Need the clarification can I use YT9218MB in place of RTL8211F-CG ,
Please recommend me , If we can then we need to use OpenWRT

No, you can't just switch RTL8211F-CG with YT9218MB.

But i need to configure For switch, I want to use Simple Not Advance RTL8270MB Chip SET,  is it Possible without OpenWRT, 
And Additionally 
If we use RTL8270MB this ChipSet has the SFP { SerDes SGMII } , How to configure It, Just I m new in the  Networking driver. please help me out this

Maybe only as no DSA simple unmanaged switch is use YT possible... Is new IC and linux support ...
