Select boot mode for M4 examples not showing

Hello,

The starter package of STM32MP1-Ecosystem-v4.1.0 is downloaded to the SD card on STM32MP157D-EV1 board and SD booting is fine as attached log file. The tried layout files were FlashLayout_sdcard_stm32mp157d-ev1-trusted.tsv and FlashLayout_sdcard_stm32mp157d-ev1-optee.tsv

However, I don't see the below menu screen to select the boot mode for M4 examples. How can I enable the menu screen with the starter package?
