STM32_Programmer_CLI flashing "Error: TSV files are only supported for STM32MP"

When a STM32MP2 is "USB/UART for programming" mode i.e. all boot switchs off.
I am running Ubuntu 
This happens:

STM32_Programmer_CLI --list

You can't flash it.
When you try you get this error?

Error: TSV files are only supported for STM32MP

The problem at appear to be 
https://github.com/fwupd/fwupd

sudo systemctl stop fwupd

This will help how (it may restart)
dmesg showed [ 5746.249668] usb 3-5: usbfs: process 30885 (fwupd) did not claim interface 0 before use
