VScode extension Support for STM32MP1 ?

Hi,

Currently, support for MPU products is not at all planned on the short/mid-term roadmap for STM32Cube for VS Code.
It does not mean that the door is closed. But our VS Code journey is still in early stages. There is a lot of maturation across various aspects of this IDE to be done. And we are not ready to consider the MPU portfolio yet.

Furthermore, the very first puzzle piece to get MPU support in VS Code would be to request STM32CubeMX to generate projects in CMake format. Maybe you can create a post in the CubeMX part of the community to ask for this. This would allow other developers to up-vote your request so that we can size up the demand behind. If you rally sufficient amount of developers behind the request we will to re-consider the roadmap. ;)
