ADC triggered by HRTIM

Hi,

I am using the STMH745 MCU and trying to synchronize the ADC trigger to HRTIM. For HRTIM I set the "ADC Trigger Configuration" as given in figure HRTIM.jpg - it defines only a SINGLE trigger. However, in ADC configuration (figure ADC.jpg), TWO HRTIM trigger outs are visible.

Can anyone explain the relation between these two option sets? How to correctly synchronize the ADC trigger to the given value value of a HRTIM timer?

In your screenshot, 4 ADC triggers are shown in the HRTIM configuration.

Triggers 1 and 3 are for ADC regular conversions. Triggers 2 and 4 are for injected.

 

Only use what you need. If you need ADC to trigger from a channel, set that up on trigger 1 and connect the ADC to trigger from trigger 1.
