Can't open IOC files through file menu; can't save when creating new projects

Recently, The CubeMX cannot open IOC files through the file menu, and cannot save IOC files when creating a new project. But I can open the project normally by double clicking an existing IOC file.

Working environment: Win11+CubeMX6.15

I have tried reinstalling CubeMX, lowering CubeMX version to 6.13, and so on, but they all have the same problem.

In fact, using the Load Project in the file menu will not bring up a file selection dialog box. And when creating a new project, clicking the save project button will not bring up a save dialog box.

I am not able to reproduce the issue; I can use the Load Project successfully.

Could you start CubeMX using command line and check if there are any errors?

Today, after multiple restarts of the computer, all functions surprisingly returned to normal.
