Im here because now i have the same problem of you. I don't know if you could resolve the problem but in my case, i receive this message from the software when i tried to create a new project.

Hi,
I had similar issues when I tried to update my code with the IOC. The problem was coming from the fact that I was not connected in the IDE (right of the help menu). Once I connected the app with my account, it fixed the problem.
