is there an example or steps for exporting a makefile script in CubeIDE?

Sure. Just generate the project as a makefile. Copy this makefile where you want it. Bingo.

You can export the Makefile with STM32CubeMX by selecting "Makefile" in toolchain/IDE as shown in the below figure.
