Failed to execute com.st.stm32cube.ide.common.services.mx.jar-1.17.0-rc1.jar during installation

Hello,

I'm trying to install the latest version of cubemx on my widows machine and I'm always getting an error "File execution returned 1" Failed to execute com.st.stm32cube.ide.common.services.mx.jar-1.17.0-rc1.jar. This happens on step 6/14 of overall installation progress. I click ok and the installation finishes. After this the cubemx does nothing when I try starting the application. I've updated to the latest version of Java without any success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
