Question

Inconsistent on STM32N657A0 between Datasheet and CubeMX 6.15.0 configuration

Hi,

I got the problem on choosing FMC pin definition of STM32N657A0 in CubeMX 6.15.0. As the datasheet said the FMC_NORMUX is supported by the chip, I cannot find corresponding settings in CubeMX as the screenshots.

Thanks.

Probably the chip package doesn't have all pins necessary for that interface, so it doesn't support configuring any of them.

Enable the interface in the FMC tab rather than pin by pin. If it's not there, probably necessary pins are missing.

Thanks for getting in touch! Unfortunately, there’s no FMC tab under this chip in CubeMX. I’m a bit confused because the datasheet mentions that it supports FMC_NORMUX. Could you help me understand how to configure it? I’m wondering if it’s a bug in CubeMX or if I’m just setting it up incorrectly.
