STM32CubeMX 6.14.1 create project fail on STM32H7S7L8-DK with STM32Cube FW_H7RS V1.2.0

If I select STM32CubeIDE as the toolchain, I encounter the following error during compilation. However, if I switch the toolchain to EWARM, the project compiles without any errors.

I’ve attached the .ioc file and build log for reference. Could you please help analyze what might be causing the issue?

I suggest that you increase the flash size in STM32H7S7L8HXH_default.ld file.
