Regardless of the fact that STM32CubeMX 6.7.0 is already outdated, I restarted my installation of 6.7.0: no USART3 is listed for STM32F103C6T, only USART1 and USART2.

Please describe how you got USART3, with screenshots if you like.

Very interesting, only the medium, high and xl density devices contain a USART3. However, the STM32F103C6T is a low density one and does not have a USART3. Can you please upload a screenshot from Help > About?

Which version of the firmware package are you using?

There's something fishy about it.

If you want to be sure, please install the latest version of STM32CubeMX and continue with it.
