STM32H7 ADC3 VBAT and Temperature no longer available in STMCubeMx 5.5.0 and package H7 1.6.0

After updating to versions described in title, STM32H750 ADC3 has only 4 input options. Temperature, VBat and Vref no longer available for selection

after updating to STM32CubeIDE 1.15.0 with H7 Package 1.11.1 there is the same issue again.
