STM3CubeMX no download link

Hello,

Today I have been trying to install STM3CubeMX as well as the STM3Cube IDE . But , no matter what I try, I never get a download link to proceed with the download after pressing the "download latest" button on the desired software. Nothing at all happens after I press it in fact. I am a logged in and verified user , which is something I've read about being an issue if I am not one. Could you clue me in on what's the problem ? Thank you in advance.
